- This state park claims to be one of the finest bird watching site on the East Coast. It has a freshwater lagoon, a salt marsh, two nature trails and a beach, camping sites and cabins and coastal exploration programs at 10am, 2pm and 4pm. The boardwalks extend into the marsh for wildlife viewing, and you can fish from the jetty or the pier with equipment borrowed for free.
