your best bet would be to fly in a small 4 seater plane, land in kilifi and be transferred by road to your location...call up these guys:

Use First Choice airline from Moi Airport. Info available at the contact desk. One hour flight through Mombasa. Carry your own water, snacks and drinks...everything you ask for is extra charge. You can also contact Beach Air Tour & Safaris to charter a flight. They have offices along Diani Beach Road at Barclays Shopping Center, Mombasa.

know i don't have a charter service but hiring can be done on behalf of you provided your give prior info on your arrival dates.
but just to advice you, not unless you have heavy luggage if would be cheaper to go by road because its only 60 kilometers from the Airport
