There are two Chow-patty Restaurant in Nairobi that i know one is located at 3rd Parklands avenue opposite chandarana supermarket in Parklands and another in Westlands at Shimmers plaza,Westlands Road.

Chowpaty Pure Vegetarian Restaurant
A great Indian vegetarian restaurant. The menu is as much a manifesto as a food list, but the food is excellent and includes lots of South Indian dishes such as dhosa (lentil pancakes stuffed with vegetable curry).

Chowpaty is a pure Vegetarian restaurant and they have started a cafe named Cafe Tajiri which hopes to be the first Vegetarian and Vegan coffee shop. The sandwiches are delicious. Although am not Indian,the delicacy or cuisine suits me just fine. I know one will enjoy the food more and the service is impeccable. There are several restaurant branches located in Nairobi: Diamond Plaza,Ground floor along Masari road and Shimmers Plaza located in Westlands. There is also one at High Park Plaza,Ground floor in highridge at Parklands Avenue.

CHOWPATY RESTAURANTS started off with a modest set-up at Diamond Plaza, the heart of the Indian Community in Nairobi with a 60 seater restaurant and slowly expanded to Westlands, Shimmer Plaza with a 150 seater restaurant and then a pure vegetarian fast food outlet at Diamond Plaza and the latest 200 seater restaurant at Highridge Centre at Parklands Avenue.

chowpatty in my area is in Diamond plaza in High ridge also in High park and still in west lands shopping center. the Restaurant has variety of i Indian dishes and very tasty international food.

Chowpatty is one of Nairobi's Finest Vegetarian places. the prices are reasonable, the food is scrumptious and quantities very favourable. they have branches in Parklands and Shimmers Plaza in Westlands, which is great for a sunday lunch meal. they also have live indian music on fridays and saturdays. the also serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at some of their branches.. Diamond plaza is indeed one of the hotels with Chowpatty
