- A classic American steakhouse, Cole's Chop House is located in a historic, 1886 building in downtown Napa with an original open-truss ceiling. An elegant space with a clubby ambience, the interiors feature dark Douglass fir floors, golden-hued walls covered in vintage advertising posters, and an antique mahogany bar. The hearty menu features 21-day dry-aged prime steaks, certified Angus beef, New Zealand lamb and fresh seafood, while the extensive wine list (20-plus pages) is particularly strong in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Seasonal patio dining is offered May–October.

Had a great evening at Cole's. The service and the food were superb. The only negative was the asparagus not trimmed or cooked well.
