If you spend much time in airports, chances are you know Gordon Huether's art, even if you don't know his name. Enormous futuristic glass fantasies, lit from behind so they look like windows into alternate universes are Huether's specialties, though he also works in steel and other metals, or in mixed media. Having moved his studio and gallery into the renovated Hay Barn property, Huether finally has the showcase his outscale works need to be seen properly. The property also houses a fabrication plant busy with the fire and clang of working artists, making for an exciting stop where you never know what you might see.
