This landmark of Neapolitan dining is consistently very rewarding. The chef/owner has created a welcoming atmosphere and offers a winning interpretation of traditional dishes. Among the primi you can have a very tasty zuppa di cannellini e cozze (bean and mussel soup) or pasta e patate con provola (pasta and potatoes with melted local cheese); for a secondi you could try ricciola all' acquapazza (a local fish in a light tomato and herb broth) or stoccafisso alla pizzaiola (dried codfish in a tomato, garlic, and oregano sauce). Pizza is also on the menu and is very well prepared, as are the desserts, including hometown favorites such as babĂ and pastiera.
