Description:
For a stunning view of the Nashville skyline at sunset, stake out a dinner table at this pristine bistro in the Germantown neighborhood just north of downtown. Sip a cocktail and pore over the eclectic menu, which includes artful interpretations of crab cakes, French onion soup, and even fried green tomatoes with goat cheese. Grilled fish entrees, such as the herb-crusted skate, are excellent, as are the tasso-stuffed chicken and the substantial mustard-marinated pork tenderloin served with a savory plum sauce. As for side dishes, the garlic mashed potatoes are out of this world. Service is polished and gracious.
