A sunny spot with big picture windows for people-watching, the cafe is owned by Margot McCormack, of Margot Café, right around the corner. McCormack's attention to detail and freshness is evident in every aspect of the meals served here, from the fresh-cut summer zinnias in glass jars on the marble tables, to artisanal breads and crisp biscotti, fluffy omelets, luscious salads, and creamy quiches. Before you feast, sip coffee or champagne as you browse the edible goods that abound: Imported olive oils, pestos, and pastas are artfully displayed around wooden farmhouse tables.
