Windows On The Cumberland

• Unlike many downtown music venues, Windows On The Cumberland has character and atmosphere. Tall windows line the wood-paneled walls and actually do overlook the Cumberland River. The narrow room features a small stage and a small balcony. The tables are normally pushed to the walls to make room for dancing, and there's plenty of reason to dance. A local band kicks off the show every night at five with an "unplugged" set, followed by the nightly headliner. Saturday night is old-time country night and Sundays feature the sounds of the islands with reggae bands. Come in and enjoy a brew, listen to some tunes and dance the night away. No cover charge.
