While that display is a good size, this is actually a self-contained boutique, which adheres to the strict Cartier rule: When displaying the world's finest jewelry, less is always more. While the decor in this store is not as imposing as in the Bal Harbour or Rodeo Drive boutiques, the select items on display are equally stunning. Prices are approximately 15 percent less than in the United States, not counting the considerable amount saved by not paying tax.
