- Best way is to buy Beer Cans or Bottles which are Chilled available in the Market in and around New Delhi. Have it the way you want, either take home or let your driver drive and you continue drinking in your car / taxi but not to show in public. Further if you want a Beer buy one get one free then approach to any Bar / Hotels you will find Happy Hours, that it. Enjoy Cheers. normally its upto 8 pm the Happy Hours in New Delhi but still you may check at the Bar and you may order before the time is up and wait and drink at your way no matter sit till the bar is closed.
