• Mansion at 1244 Esplanade Ave is where guests check into the hotel for their stay. A delightful breakfast is served consisting of bagels, cereals, sweet breads, fresh cut fruit, whole fruit, oatmeal, instant grits, community coffee, variety of hot teas, juice and milk. The Breakfast attendant makes something special each morning such as homemade muffins, cheese grits, strudel and you never know what we could come up with. During breakfast hours 8:30am-10:30am daily, the breakfast attendant and any staff on property will be happy to help make your stay even more special by suggesting restaurants, tours to go on, directions, maps, and if you need your boarding pass, airport taxi scheduled, please let us know during that time and we can make all arrangements for you. We also offer complimentary high speed Internet, speeds can vary depending on your wireless card and a number of factors, please contact us during office hours or during check in and we will provide you with the security code or help you get connected. Check in time is from 3pm-5pm Monday-Friday, after 5pm please contact hotel from 10am-4pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 10am-12pm to find out how our self check in works Check out time is 11am. Please be advised we do not operate like a hotel since we are a bed and breakfast and staff are not available 24 hours a day. We also have off street parking that is complimentary to our guests on a first come first serve basis; otherwise there is always plenty of parking on Esplanade Ave. Also we have a full size pool and heated Jacuzzi available for our guests.
