- Located in an old warehouse building previously used by the Union, this restaurant sparkles and shines with a stainless steel kitchen that is exposed to the dining area. Patrons can keep an eye on Chef Chuck Subra, a Louisiana Native, as he prepares many Cajun and seafood dishes popular in the deep South. Subra creates new dishes that combine the local Cajun flair to make new entrees that give a distinctive taste and flavor that is unforgettable; try the salmon dish spiked with Louisiana Hot Sauce. If you are not in the mood to sit and dine, pull up a stool at the seafood bar. A private dining room is also available with prior arrangements.
