Description:

  • This establishment is located in the Fairmont Hotel and is named for New Orleans' most famous cocktail hour. The dining room is a regal beauty with cut glass chandeliers, tables covered in lace and the richest red velvet banquettes. The walls are adorned with portraits of old time New Orleans and Louisiana notables. Meals begin with appetizers of Steak Tartar prepared tableside or smoked duck and andouille gumbo. Main courses include Gulf shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and roasted rack of lamb with fresh vegetables. Dessert is a deliciously unique sorbet with illuminated ice swans. There is also an excellent wine list to compliment any of your menu selections. Jackets are required for dinner service.

    Wonderful place for evening drinks

  • The bartenders are excellent. Very professional and very attentive. One gentleman let us try a sampling of a drink because we asked about a component of it. Absolutely LOVE the drink...
