Description:
This two-story, 6,000-square-foot club in Soho has staked its claim as the city's first eco-friendly dance club. Its wind-powered sound system, sustainable bamboo walls and LED lightbulbs have earned it Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, and the staff even wears environmentally correct clothing (designed by Ali Hewson, the wife of U2's Bono). The drinks are, of course, made with organic vodka and other high-end ingredients. Along with its eco-friendly pedigree, Greenhouse boasts a luxe interior complete with an indoor waterfall.
