- Located in the Four Seasons Hotel New York near its lobby, 57 is a light, earth-toned dining experience created by renowned designer I.M. Pei. The menu is mainly American with a pleasing array offered, such as Chatham Cod and Rack of Lamb for dinner. Most of the dishes are as pleasing to the eyes as to the mouth. It's all about aesthetics. 57 is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. It is pricey, but if you plan on dining at the Four Seasons, you can probably afford it.
