The Vietnamese chef who has been associated with other oriental restaurants like Bun and Mai House now showcases his talents at this cavernous, warm and inviting restaurant which has a distinct lounge-like feel. The menu at Bar Bao features delectable small plates like the Summer Rolls, the innovative Daikon Duck Hash and the spicy Sizzling Cuttlefish. Entrees include a Wagyu Hanger Steak and Chef Huynh's signature dish: the Crispy Red Snapper served in a sweet and sour sauce. The traditional Vietnamese pho noodle soup also makes an appearance on the menu, as does an excellent Duck Fried Rice.
