At Braeburn Restaurant, co-owners Chef Brian Bistrong and John Paul O'Neil have created a casual yet elegant fine dining restaurant. The menu is comprised of approachable interpretations of American cuisine--examples include a first course of hand-rolled ricotta pasta with braised rabbit, a side of toasted cauliflower with golden raisins and bread crumbs, and a pan-roasted beef strip loin with button mushrooms and fingerling potatoes. The restuarant also features an eclectic, well priced wine list and service by a welcoming staff. The elegant comfort of the main dining room and private dining room are accentuated by 200-year-old barn wood and handmade mesquite tabletops.
