Description:

  • Casaville is a French-Moroccan restaurant on Murray's Hill which serves excellent tapas. You can also choose from their extensive selection of wines and make it a 'tapas y vinos' meal like the Spanish. On weekends, the restaurant has live jazz performances with the occasional surprise belly-dancer. The also have daily-made sangria, happy hours are from 4p to 7p and drinks come with discounted tapas. Indulge yourself with the delicious 'pastilla au lait' dessert for that perfect meal.

    Horrible, not going back!

  • Got a deal through Groupon, so I thought of checking out the place. Food was horrible and for two entrees of a total value $22 - waitress added a $9.50 tip!! Definitely not going back.

    Out for some good Sangria

  • My husband and I went to Casaville for some Sangria and appetizers. It was a beautiful summer night out and we decided to hang out and have some appetizers. The prices were good....

Message from Casaville

This tiny Moroccan bistro is an unlikely gem in Murray Hill. Chef Lahcen Ksiyer offers some fine Gallic and Spanish fare on his multinational menu, but the iconic dishes of his native Morocco or shredded chicken and almonds wrapped in a thin, flaky crust; Couscous Royale, tossed with raisins, root vegetables, caramelized onions, grilled merguez sausage, and stewed chicken and lamb?are the real reasons to visit. To find better homespun North African cooking, you?d have to travel to Paris or Casablanca?or at least the far reaches of Brooklyn or Queens. This Spanish, French and Morcoccan Tapas joint is complete with live music, brunch and late night dining!
