Description:
- After a trial run selling pizza out of a mobile truck at the Union Square Greenmarket, Jim Lahey of Sullivan St Bakery opened this popular new pizzeria in Chelsea. Co's round, thin-crusted, semi-Neapolitan-style pizza are loaded with unusual, seasonal toppings such as zucchini-anchovy purée with zucchini blossoms, although you can still find the traditional Margherita pie.
