Here, at Dean's, in addition to the round ones, you will also find square pizzas, called Grandma Pizza, which are thinner pies backed in a square pan! The golden hue of the pizzas come from a roasted blend of cheese, tinged with fresh tomato. Having been baked in a pan—and not directly on the oven's brick floor—the dominating flavor, is that of olive oil. The dining room is huge, so you are sure to find a seat at anytime. If you are looking for a quite dinner, then walk late evening, after the students have left.
