NileGuide Expert Says:
People watching is the prime attraction of this very European-flavored SoHo bistro, which offers decent, standard fare like moules frites, steak tartare, and Niçoise salad and is especially popular during Saturday and Sunday brunch.
Description:
- This restaurant has a very French vibe, and even though it is a New York brasserie it serves up good French food to a posh crowd of Europeans. It has been around for awhile now, despite taking up space on an upscale stretch of West Broadway. The Steak Frites is a wonderful choice. If you want to end your night in style, head down the street to the lobby bar of the ritzy SoHo Grand Hotel, where the margaritas are pricey but extremely zingy.

Trendy places come and go, but Felix remains. Best French onion soup around.
