They have an extensive tapas menu and also serve a full service dinner. One of the signature dishes is the Paella Valenciana — lobster, scallops, mussels, clams, chicken, shrimp, and Spanish sausages with saffron rice. Pair this savory dish with one of the wines from the carefully selected list or with the famous secret-recipe sangria. The decor is reminiscent of a baroque Spanish castle and brings to mind stories of unrequited gothic romances - intimate, sexy and candlelit with an air of mystery. Flor de Sol features live entertainment Monday through Thursday.
