Description:
- This Brazilian restaurant near Rockefeller Center and the Theater District has many dishes that harken back to the country's Portuguese roots. The decor is rather ordinary, but the food and service are excellent. Starters of note include crepes, crabmeat, soups, salads and sausages. Entrees include grilled and marinated shell steak, as well as other meats like chicken, pork and sausages. There is also feijoada (black bean stew with assorted meats), and mariscada (lobster, shrimp, clams and mussels in green sauce).

Great Brazilian food (churassco gaucho, shrimps a baiana or paulista) and attentive service. Dulce d Leche for desert-not what a diabetic should eat, but sooo good.
