Description:

• Serbian for neighborhood restaurant, this vaguely ski-lodge-esque joint plates up pig-heavy dishes like Rolovane Suve Sljive (walnut-stuffed prunes rolled in bacon) and Karadjordjeva (pan-fried schnitzel rolled with ham), plus desserts like Zito, made from "wheat sugar nuts" (curiously, this was also Chuck's penal handle).
