Description:
- Matsuri's modern take on traditional Japanese food may go down better than the prices, but when the chef is Tadashi Ono, you don't mind. Compared to top Japanese restaurants, the place, located within the The Maritime Hotel certainly lives up to the reputation with a classic ambiance and fine service. Luscious eel tempura, sushi taiko, soba buckwheat noodles, rice pot, and a huge list of sushi rolls and sashimi make dining a pleasure. Sake and cocktails add to the gratification. Make sure to reserve a table beforehand, though.
