- Celebrity chef Bobby Flay-either you love him or you hate him. Those in the former category flock to this restaurant to load up on margaritas and Southwestern cuisine. The decor has a colorful desert feel, and if you are lucky (or some would say unlucky), Bobby himself will wander through the room. Mesa Grill features such dishes as maple-glazed pork chop with mango, black pepper and red onion marmalade, as well as sweet potato tacos. Chef Flay also runs the nearby Bolo in the Flatiron District.
