- This museum restaurant is a quaint area to enjoy contemporary cuisine and take in the ambiance of the next door Sculpture Garden. The cuisine is a fusion of American and French food inspired by Chef Gabriel Kreuther. Apart from the main dining room The Modern includes The Bar Room, which has a less formal atmosphere and another dining area. Patrons may also use the outdoor terrace, which is ideal in the summer months.
