- This restaurant, sports bar and dance club hybrid offers a variety of weekly events catering primarily to the salsa-loving NYC night owls. It has a pretty cool atmosphere inside and a nice food menu, but nothing New York hasn't seen already. On popular nights it can get quite crowded so get there early to avoid an obnoxiously long wait. This is a velvet rope place, so get on the guest list or impress the bulging bouncer holding you back outside. There is an essence of snobbery here as sometimes only 23+ are allowed in. So if you're not good with rejection, steer clear of this place. Overall, it's got a fun and funky vibe, and its sure to leave you sweaty and tired at the end of the night.
