Executive Chef Andy Bennett will create the menu in collaboration with culinary consultant Chef Daniel Boulud. The restaurant offers a menu of approachable dishes that utilize the finest, seasonal ingredients, drawing inspiration from British comfort food as well as French, Moroccan and Spanish flavors. "The Tap Room," a street-level pub on the ground floor is the perfect destination to sample a wide variety of locally produced, Canadian and European beers and wines at the beautiful maple bar, and to enjoy authentic gastro-pub cuisines, while "The Canoe Club," a more formal dining room upstairs, welcomes guests to relax with a glass of wine or a snifter of brandy while indulging in Chef Bennett's cuisine.
