In sharp contrast to the bright lights and street traffic is this mellow and quiet wine tapas bar, specializing in Portuguese and Spanish cuisine. The menu is largely in Portuguese, but that doesn't pose much of a threat. Ask the server about the equally eclectic wine selection, and he might recommend a gem of a Portuguese wine.
