If you're a fan of fro-yo but bristle at the laundry list of scientific-sounding ingredients at most chain purveyors, go for the tangy, refreshing Culture: plain frozen yogurt made with only Ronnybrook Farm yogurt and a little evaporated cane juice. Baked goods from Red Hook's Baked, bagels from Bergen Bagels and free-trade coffee round out the menu. Even the biodegradable cups, dishes, spoons and straws have earth-friendly cache.
