- The Copake Falls Campground offers 112 tent and RV sites; no electric. There are also 14 cabins for rent. The campground is located on 4 loops with flush toilets and potable water conveniently located. A playground is tucked between Loops A and C. Recreation programs and nature oriented programs are held on a regular basis. Bicycling is permitted on campground roads. Day use amenities enjoyed by campers include picnic pavilions, open sky picnic tables, nearby hiking trails, fishing in Pit Pond and Bash Bish Brook which is known as good trout waters. The area even offers a wading pond. Hunting is permitted. Hunters find the lengthy campground season a convenient overnight spot. In winter, visitors enjoy cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and sledding.
