Description:
- Nestled in the 10,000 acre Fahnestock Memorial State Park, the Winter Park has 15 km of machine groomed, tracked and mapped trails for safe cross-country skiing and snowshoeing experiences. The park features include a warming lodge with restrooms, ski rentals, lessons, ski clinics, food and beverage. An annual January event at the park is Ski Fest, a day long cross-country ski festival geared towards having fun outdoors on skis and snowshoes. When conditions permit, a groomed sledding and snow tubing hill is available. Tubes are available for rent or you may bring your own. No toboggans or steel runner sleds permitted.
