    • The SI Ferry is free. It leaves the Battery in Lower Manhattan every 30 minutes. There is never a long cue. Just come aboard! Spectular views of the Lower Harbor, about 5 minutes after leaving shore-you can almost touch the Statue of Liberty. Great profile views of the buildings on the Island of Manhattan. The trip takes about 20 minutes. Stay on the Ferry boat when you arrive on Staten Island and return again to enjoy my all time favorite boat ride.
