If you visit Little Italy go to Mulberry Street between Grand and Canal Street, you will find 60 Italian restaurant all competing for your dollar. Many have special boards outside the restaurant advertising lower priced dishes to get you in. You should be able to find 1 course meals for $9.95

My cousin took me to this wonderful pizza place in Brooklyn called Grimaldi's a few years ago. We took a stroll over the Brooklyn Bridge, feasted on delicious fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza, and walked back over to the City. Lombardi's (on Spring & Mott) is another great pizza place, supposedly the oldest in Manhattan. Both places are delicious and very reasonably priced :)

you have quite a few but my picks are Supper in the Lower East Side, L'Asso in Nolita, and Carmines on the Upper West Side
