Breads from the Il Fornaio bakery along with Il Fornaio extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar begin each meal. Seafood, rotisserie and grilled meats, poultry and game are our specialties. Sliced-at-the-moment salami and fresh oysters from the "Mercato". Risotto made the traditional Italian way. Housemade and imported pastas, pizzas from an oak wood-burning oven, fresh salads and soups, seasonal antipasti and a wide variety of desserts offer guests a wide selection of foods suitable for any dining occasion. Our full bar features a selection of Italian and domestic wines, with an emphasis on wines from the "Tre Venezia" area of Italy (Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige).
