• Quince is a contemporary bistro offering inspired European cuisine with seasonal New England ingredients and a level of personalized service that encourages guests to dine regularly with family and friends while ordering their favorite dishes. The menu is inspired by Chef Ian Grossman's worldly travels and guests are encouraged to choose from a menu of daily offerings or they can work with Chef Grossman to create a menu with their favorite ingredients or dishes. Chef Grossman offers the Chef's Choice menu: a four-course tasting menu comprised of his favorite dishes of the day and the "Your Choice" menu, where you take an active role in your dining experience and create your own custom menu with Chef Grossman.
