With a fresh local food menu and newly renovated restaurant you will truly enjoy your dinner or lunch at Elements on The Falls. One of executive chef Paul Pennock's special dishes is Garlic & Rosemary Scented Grilled Ontario Lamb Chops with Minted Apple Relish, Chive Spaetzle, Braised Red Cabbage and Grain Mustard Pinot Noir Sauce.
