Description:
The Charles Inn is a beautiful property, an 1832 Georgian style house, with the principle rooms lovings restored. The dining room is elegant, with red walls and crisp white trim, while the more casual room by the bar and fireplace is early Canadian comfy. Chef William Buryansky is consistently brilliant. He relies on the best and freshest local produce, cooks according to the seasons and always surprises with a creative twist on even the most traditional dishes.
