Hôtel Busby

Description:

• This place should please you if you want a nostalgic hotel of faded early-20th-century grandeur. The Busby family, who were the original owners, refer to its ornate facade as "style Garibaldi" and have retained the balconies and the shutters on the tall windows. Renovated at regular intervals, yet looking a bit tired, the guest rooms are dignified; some contain mahogany twin beds and white-and-gold wardrobes. Mattresses are a bit worn, but are still comfortable. Likewise, the tiled bathrooms are a bit cramped but have adequate shelf space.
