• This well-run modern hotel was built around 1945 and has been frequently renovated. While a 10-minute bus ride from the heart of town, it's only a minute or so from the promenade des Anglais and the bay. Many of the simply furnished rooms have balconies facing the sea, and some contain minibars. The look is functional, but for Nice this is a good price, especially considering the comfortable beds. The bathrooms are small, each with a shower stall. Owner Daniel Thérouin occupies the apartment on the top floor, guaranteeing close supervision. Breakfast can be served in your room.
