- This is a friendly little restaurant, situated on the Cours Saleya, in the heart of Old Nice. The attractions of this establishment are its professional, warm welcome, the carefully thought-out interior decorations and of course, the food on offer. The choice is so varied that even the most difficult to please will be happy here. Typical Nice dishes are available, such as small Farcis (stuffed vegetables), Gnocchi (potato dumplings) that absolutely must be tried, or more diverse kinds of cuisine, such as Bouillabaisse (a thick fish soup which is more characteristic of Marseilles than Nice), and Duck. But don't forget all the different varieties of fish-based dishes.

Avec le menu absolu (29 €), c'est le chef qui donne libre cours à son imagination en six plats. Pour nous ce soir, tartare de saumon à la quinoa, foie gras sur un lit de mangue...

Que dire... C'est juste une grosse tuerie! Le menu dégustation ("Absolut" je crois) est à peine croyable... On a eu 6 plats différents pour 29€! J'ai surtout retenu...

Je suis allé à l'Atmosphère avec deux amies le 20 mars. Verdict ? La cuisine est sans doute ce qui se fait de plus goûtu à Nice - et l'un des meilleurs rapports qualité prix...
