- Jouni the new hot spot in Nice is all about seafood. For seemingly simple fare with that unexpected flourish it's tough to beat this restaurant. Finnish owner and Chef Jouni Tormanen, changes the menu every day but seems to favor the grill! Try the speciality: La Peche de San Remo à la Plancha, a unique mix of red mullet, baby octopus, squid, shrimp and anything else that is caught in the local waters that day. If you prefer to rather avoid the grilled fare, choose from the risottos or pastas available daily. Accompany your meal with a fabulous glass of French or Italian wine.
