Description:
- All kinds of gourmet produce are sold here, including preserved fruits, chocolate, nougat, almond paste, and fruit jelly. Except for iced chestnuts, all these specialties cost EUR4 for 100 grams (3.5 ounces) as does ice cream and shortbread. Everything is traditionally made. The old fashioned decor makes one feel very at home and there are several tables on the beautiful wood mezzanine. Pretty frescoes cover the ceiling and the room is air-conditioned. The shop lies on a typical, narrow lane in the heart of the old town.
