- Moulin Alziari is a delightfully colorful and traditional grocer's shop in Nice. It's been around for so long that nobody remembers when it first started! The shop originally made its name mainly from olive oil. The oil press is, incidentally, still in the Boulevard de la Madeleine shop. There are also many other local specialties on offer with olives of course remaining the favorite ingredient. You can pick up olive oil-based soaps and seasoned olives among many other popular products.
