• This place won't leave you stuffed but it's a wonderful sushi experience all the same. The master, an ex-kaiseki (traditional Japanese cuisine) chef creates delicately flavored sushi served on bamboo leaves. Warm colors and jazz provide a relaxed ambiance to this cozy sushi-ya. A nice place to drink, eat and while the hours away on a rainy night. The course has the wonderful fatty tuna, as well as uni (sea urchin) and fish. The restaurant serves one piece of fish with salt and lime which is absolutely delectable. Try your luck with a cold draft beer or a cocktail made from shochu and ume(plums).
