- Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta is an all-inclusive 4-diamond resort located right on the beach of Nuevo Vallarta. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with ocean views. You can rent through the hotel website or, as many of the villas are timeshare owned, through a site like VRBO.
The beach is nice, although it can be hard to find lounges during the winter months when the hotel is busy. The staff is friendly and many guests return year after year, getting to know everyone by name. While mostly the resort is peaceful, this can change if there's loud groups who enjoy late night partying or groups with many small children. The included restaurants offer a decent selection with few menu items not being included in the all-inclusive package price. Kobe beef and lobster, being a good example of what's not included.
