The North Shore has a character all it's own. From Kaena Point to Kahuku, it is noticeably more laid back and peaceful, during the summer that is. Come winter the area becomes the center of attention to the surfing world. Winter waves bring surfers from all over the world to participate in one or all of several surfing completion.
