Determining the " Roast " that best suits the particular bean allows The Coffee Gallery to bring out the distinctive characteristics that make different coffees different. Combine that with our policy of roasting only what we need for each day to insure freshness and you have what we feel is the finest coffee available anywhere, plus, we ship all mail orders in the USA priority mail ( remember, priority mail is the same from Hawaii as it is from the west coast or the east coast ), which arrives at your address 2-3 days after it is roasted for the freshest coffee possible.
